Student Growth and Attainment - To optimise student learning outcomes in Literacy and Numeracy, we will know where our students are and where they will progress to next in their learning while implementing quality curriculum, personalised learning and innovative teaching practice.
High Impact Teaching - To improve teacher quality, teachers work collaboratively to drive the implementation of evidence-based practices and embed quality teaching practice, through explicit, targeted professional learning processes which is informed by data to ensure teacher quality and improvement to meet the needs of all students.
Collaborative and Collective Care - To embed a whole school approach to wellbeing and engagement, with our community and develop a culture of high expectations and establish and maintain positive relationships where all students make learning progress with a sense of belonging, with support to grow, flourish and achieve.
